This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies to Culturista, provided by Miguel Angel Perez Colula (“Culturista,” “we,” or “us”), under Washington’s My Health My Data Act and similar laws.
1. Consumer Health Data We Collect and Why
- Body-weight entries, weight goals, height, and the BMI, trends, and goal forecasts calculated from them, to provide the weight-tracking features you request.
- Workouts, sets, weights, reps, and personal records, to provide the workout-tracking features you request.
- Your account identifier and email address, which show that you use Culturista, to create and secure your account.
- Health details you choose to include in feedback or emails, to respond to you.
The app processes the first two categories on your device. Body-weight entries, weight goals, workouts, sets, weights, reps, and personal records are kept on your device and, if you turn it on, in your private cloud storage linked to your Apple Account. Height stays on your device, and BMI, trends, and goal forecasts are calculated on your device and not stored. We do not receive any of them.

You, when you enter data in the app or send us feedback or email; and Apple, which provides your account identifier and email address when you use Sign in with Apple.
3. Consumer Health Data We Share, and With Whom
We do not sell consumer health data. We share it only with these categories of recipients, which process it for us or at your direction:
- Providers that host our account and feedback systems receive your account identifier and email address, and any health details you include in feedback.
- Email providers receive your email address and any health details you include in emails to us.
- Apple stores your body-weight entries, weight goals, and workout data in the private cloud storage you turn on.
We have no affiliates. No third party collects consumer health data through Culturista across other websites or apps.
4. Your Rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data; to access it, including a list of the third parties we have shared it with and how to contact them; to withdraw consent; and to delete it. Requests are free of charge.
Email support@culturista.app with the subject “Consumer health data request.” We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you within the first 45 days, with the reason, and may extend once by 45 more days.
If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond in writing within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you can file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General.
To delete data on your device or in your private cloud storage, follow section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes to This Policy
We will not collect new categories of consumer health data, or use or share it for new purposes, without your consent. When we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
